At least two people are feared to have been killed and 10 others wounded in an explosion at a restaurant in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad.
Geo TV said a foreign woman was one of the dead in the explosion at about 8.40pm (0340 GMT) on Saturday night.
The cause of the blast at the Luna Caprese in the city centre is not known.
A police officer said: "At least 10 people have been injured and one wall of the restaurant has partly collapsed. We don't know whether it was caused by a bomb."
He said that most of the casualties were foreigners.
Local television station Dawn reported that many people were badly injured in the blast at the Italian restaurant popular with foreigners, diplomats, aid agency workers and journalists.
An employee told one news agency: "There are lots of injured people who have lost their limbs and legs.
"It's a very bad situation. We don't know what has happened."
